Place your order
Once the details are clear, your order is placed and you receive an email confirming it, along with an estimated delivery window. Estimates are not guarantees.
Receive it at your door
Your order is fulfilled and shipped directly to the address you provide. We email tracking details when it ships, and the shipping policy explains what to check on delivery day.

The Harbor Tandem 390 is a sit-on-top for two, rated for up to 350 kg (772 lb). The Bayline 437 is a sit-in tandem that gives two paddlers a longer boat at 437.5 cm (14'4"). Both are meant for calm water, and both are easier to load with two people.

The Coastline 430 is a rotomolded touring kayak with a standard drop-down skeg and three hatches, for paddlers who want to build distance. The Splitline 296 comes apart into two pieces, which suits anyone with limited room to keep a boat.

The Tidecast 285 is the compact fishing kayak, rated for up to 130 kg (287 lb), with sliding rail and gear tracks. The Tidecast 350 is longer, with a raised aluminum frame seat and a 200 kg (441 lb) rating.

What is included with each kayak?
Each product page lists what is included. For anything it does not list, such as a seat or other accessories, ask us in the quote form and we will confirm what ships with your order before you place it.
How long does delivery take?
When your order is placed, we confirm an estimated delivery window by email. Estimates are not guarantees, because weather, carrier delays and holidays can extend them, and boats are long and bulky.
Which countries do you ship to?
We serve customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France and Germany. Orders that cross a border may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees set by the destination country, and these are the buyer's responsibility.
Can I return a kayak?
Contact us before sending anything back, because returns sent without approval cannot be processed. Items should be unused and in the original packaging wherever possible, and boats that have been launched or used on the water are generally not eligible. The returns policy has the full details.
What if my kayak arrives damaged?
Note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork and take photos before you open the packaging. Then contact us promptly with your order number and photos, and we will review the problem with you.
Which kayak should a first-time buyer choose?
It depends on where you paddle and who comes with you. The range guide on this page matches each boat to its use, and the quote form is the quickest way to ask about a specific model. Whatever you choose, start in calm conditions and wear a life jacket.
Do you publish a capacity rating for every boat?
No. Capacity ratings are published for the Harbor Tandem 390, the Tidecast 285 and the Tidecast 350. For the other models the product page says so, and you can ask us before you order.
