Shipping Policy
Boats are long, bulky and often heavy, so delivery takes a little more planning than a typical parcel. This page explains what to expect from the moment you order to the moment the boat reaches you.
How Orders Ship
Every order is fulfilled and shipped directly to the address you provide. After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming it, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once the order is on its way. Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days.
Delivery Estimates
When you order, we will confirm an estimated delivery window by email. Estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, holidays and other events outside our control can extend them, and larger shipments can take longer than small parcels. If we learn that your order will be late, we will tell you.
Delivery Day
Large shipments may arrive in oversized boxes or bags, and the carrier may contact you to arrange delivery. Please make sure the phone number and address on your order are correct and that someone can receive the package. Because boats can be heavy or awkward, we suggest having a second person ready to help.
Inspect Before You Sign
Look over the packaging before you accept the delivery. If you see visible damage, note it on the delivery paperwork and take photos before opening it. Then check your items as soon as you can and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, with your order number and photos.
Addresses
- Please give a complete and accurate address.
- If a package returns to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to send it again.
- We cannot change an address once an order has shipped.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped across a border may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees set by the authorities in the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are outside our control.
