We try to describe and show products accurately. Colors and finishes may look different on your screen, and specifications may change as products are updated. If you need a detail before you buy, contact us.

Prices may change without notice. We may correct pricing or listing errors, even after an order is placed, and will contact you so you can proceed at the corrected price or cancel. Products may be unavailable or limited, and we may limit or refuse orders.

Paddling involves risk. You are responsible for operating, assembling, maintaining and storing your product according to the instructions, and for choosing conditions that suit your experience. Use a life jacket that fits, read the forecast, let someone know your route and follow local rules. We are not responsible for injury or damage that results from misuse or from ignoring instructions and warnings.
7. Intellectual Property
The content on this site, including text, images, graphics and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use our content commercially without written permission.
8. Dealer Applications
Applications to become a dealer are reviewed separately. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, and the details of any approved arrangement are shared directly with approved applicants.

The site may link to or rely on services run by others, such as payment processors and carriers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
